It is with much excitement that we announce that The Junction has completely sold out!
We reached a huge milestone for both SIG Group and our residents as we welcomed our home-owners stepping into their new homes in December 2021.
First home owners, Luke and Brittany finished the build in Stage 1 of the Junction and were drawn to the estate by its quaint and quiet suburban feel, as opposed to neighbouring developments, the couple landed in a spot directly between their families to set up their new life.
“The Junction is a halfway point between each of our families, and we have other relatives close by. It was important for us to remain connected to our loved ones,” said Brittney.
“Being located next to Cranbourne was also a huge draw card, as the convenience and access was something we were conscious of. It’s also close to both our jobs!”
New to the market, affordability was key to the couple, as well as finding the right builder that would make their vision a reality. They selected a design from Beachwood Homes that spoke to the new lifestyle they were looking for.
“For us, choosing the house we wanted to build and then finding the perfect block at The Junction to build it on was the right way to go.”
