It’s a milestone month at SIG Group. As we welcome the new financial year, seven stages are settling on three of our communities: five stages at Amory in Queensland, one at Lera in Officer, and one at Ooralea Waters in Mackay. That’s hundreds of buyers now one step closer to calling a SIG community home.
For a developer, settlement is the moment that matters most. It’s when a plan on a page becomes land in someone’s name — when the roads are in, the titles are issued, and our purchasers can finally start building. Delivering seven stages across two states in a single month is a testament to our delivery teams, our civil partners, and most of all, the buyers who put their trust in us.
Where is SIG Group settling stages this month?
Amory — Ripley, Queensland. Five stages are settling at Amory, our newest Queensland community. Set within a lush, green landscape, Amory reflects SIG Group’s commitment to communities that work with their natural surroundings and these settlements mark an exciting chapter as the community takes shape.
Lera — Officer, Victoria. One stage is settling at Lera in Melbourne’s south-east. Positioned in the heart of the Officer growth corridor, Lera continues to attract buyers looking for connection, convenience and community.
Ooralea Waters — Mackay, Queensland. One stage is settling at Ooralea Waters, the established Mackay community we proudly welcomed into the SIG family last year. Settlement here means more families joining a neighbourhood that’s already thriving.
What does settlement mean for buyers?
Settlement is the final step in a land purchase — the point at which titles are registered, ownership transfers, and buyers can begin planning their build. For the hundreds of purchasers settling with SIG Group this month, it means site starts, slab pours and housewarming parties are all within reach.
What’s next for SIG Group?
The momentum doesn’t stop here. Harlow in Tarneit and Kala in Pakenham East each have two stages nearing title. Harlow has reached practical completion, and at Kala all civil works are now complete — meaning the first buyers at both communities will be settling soon. Two more communities moving from vision to reality.
As we look ahead to the new financial year, SIG Group remains focused on what we do best: delivering quality communities across Victoria and Queensland’s key growth corridors, on time and with care. With more than 700 lots already delivered and a pipeline of over 15,000, the best is yet to come.
To all our purchasers settling this month, congratulations, and welcome home.
